No prepayment is required. You submit the order form with your name and phone number, we call to confirm by phone during working hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30), and you pay the courier by cash or card when your order is delivered.

London and the South East typically receive orders within 1–2 working days. Most of England and Wales takes 2–4 working days. Scotland takes 3–5 working days, Northern Ireland 4–6 working days, and the Highlands & Islands 4–7 working days.

Each capsule contains 50 µg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3, 100 µg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7), 150 mg of magnesium citrate, 10 mg of zinc and 400 µg RE of Vitamin A. Full details are on our Ingredients page.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge at any point before dispatch, including during the confirmation phone call. Once dispatched, our standard returns process applies.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return your order. Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition.
