Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return your order. Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition. Unsealed food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law.

2. How to Notify Us

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 161 399 4102 within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order details, and the reason for return where possible.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any Vitamin D3 2000 IU pack where the seal has been broken, in accordance with the exceptions permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Return Shipping

Once your return has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

As this is a pay-on-delivery service with no prepayment, eligible cancellations before dispatch will simply result in the order not being sent. Where a payment has already been taken and a valid return is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time so that we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancelling Before Dispatch

As there is no prepayment, you may cancel your order at any point before dispatch simply by contacting us on +44 161 399 4102 or [email protected] during our working hours, Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30. No subscription is created when you order.
